As principal of Olivella Consulting, I work with executives, managers and other leaders to advance diversity, equity & inclusion in service delivery, program design and in the workplace. I partner with both private sector companies and non-profit organizations to meet your objectives to engage with under-represented and under-served communities.
Together we articulate how the success of your mission is inextricably linked with diversity & inclusion initiatives. We assess the environment in which you operate and design service delivery models and programs that integrate your objectives with the priorities of the target community. I help ensure partnerships are made with relevant constituencies and can review written materials as well as your online presence to assess cultural relevancy and language accessibility. We can also take stock of your internal capacity to ensure the most talented staff for diversity & inclusion work are recruited, supported and retained. We can help supervisors articulate the value of this work to their teams and we can plan staff education programs. Lastly, we can review internal structures needed to achieve diversity, equity & inclusion objectives such as interdepartmental collaboration and dedicated funding streams.
